We ship orders within India using trusted local courier services.

• Getting Your Order Ready: We work hard to prepare and hand over your handcrafted bag to the courier company within 6-7 business days from when you place your order and payment is confirmed. If we agreed on a different dispatch date with you, we'll stick to that.

• Delivery Time: Once shipped, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days. However, actual delivery times depend on the courier company and their schedules.

• Our Responsibility: Dyuende makes sure your package is sent out on time. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or postal service once it's in their hands.

• Delivery Address: We will deliver your order to the address you provide at checkout.

• Confirmation: We'll send a shipping confirmation to the email address or phone number you gave us.
