Refund policy

Each Dyuende piece is handmade and carries the beauty of craft. Slight variations in colour, weave, texture, shape, size, or finish are a natural part of the making process and are not considered defects. These details make each piece unique.

We encourage thoughtful selection before placing your order, and we are happy to help with any questions prior to purchase. We assure you that you won’t be disappointed with your decision.

Because our products are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • slight colour variations
  • minor shape or size variations
  • natural irregularities in weave, texture, or finish
  • change of mind after delivery

However, we stand behind our craftsmanship. If you receive the wrong item, or if your bag is damaged in transit, you are covered. We will make it right promptly with a replacement or refund, depending on the case.

To request support for a wrong or transit-damaged item:

  • contact us within 72 hours of delivery
  • share your order number
  • send clear photos of the item and packaging
  • share an unboxing video if available, for faster review

Once verified, we will arrange the appropriate resolution.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method for prepaid orders, or via bank transfer / UPI for COD orders. Please allow 5-7 business days after initiation for the amount to reflect.
